Called and left no message.

I have been getting a call from the same Voice for over a year. the voice starts with a man saying Stop what your doing and ...... then he states if I press 2 he guarantees he will never call me back. I am now on the do not call list because of him and his system.... he calls me multiple times/day now and the do not call list doesnt affect him. pressing number 2 hasn't stopped him either.....

I had one call from the above number.  I blocked it.  ID said THE TERRACE, whatever that is about.

Same guy with the stop what your doing junk and has called for years under different numbers

automated prerecorded sales line. Calls every other week.
