Who called from 7274313312

IF these people are a private company at least in Florida they must pay you 1.500 to 2.000 dollars in fines to you for calling you on your cell phone that's the law

Someone called this afternoon at 4:34 PM and my answering machine picked up.  They did not leave a message and the caller ID said V31016344000553.  With an ID like this it must be some kind of scam.

Someone called twice today.  My answering machine picked up both times and they did not leave a message.  The first was at 9:02 AM with a caller ID of V31016344000553.  The second was at 11:10 AM with a caller ID of V31111103600553.

With two different strange Caller ID’s like these, both from the same phone number, they must be some kind of scam.

I phoned the number back and they were inquiring if you wanted to further your education and when I said no they rudely hung up

Answered the call. Computer voice "John" from some company began with saying "your on a recorded line". I said "no I'm not" and hung up the phone.
