Who called from 7274374146

This number calls us at least once a day, if not more.  Everytime I answer and say "hello",  there is a minute of silence and then a recording says, "good-bye".  What on earth is this??  I have tried to call it all evening long and all day long and it keeps coming up busy!

Someone just called my boyfriends room mate and did the same thing. we've been trying to call it back every since and it keeps coming back busy.

Called twice today. It's Pat. Spiel is, we understand you or someone in your household suffers from chronic pain, is that correct? I answered NO, but they continued. What type of pain do you suffer from? I hung up.

I just got a call from this number and they hung up on the answer machine. CID says  Clearwater Fl.  . Definitely a scammer if they hang up that quick!

CID read: "STARNET - PAETE" 727-437-4146 at 6:33 pm. Internet says they are a harassing collection agency.  I don't have any past due accounts, so I wonder why they are calling here?  Skip tracing?
