I've skipped several calls from this number because I don't recognize it and I don't think I know anyone in Clearwater. Called the number from a business line and it was answered by the "National Deed Network."  Looked this up on line and it doesn't appear to be a scam or a collection agency, although I'm still not sure why they're calling me.
