I called the number back and the receptionest at winn technology answered (I said I had the wrong number). I then looked them up, and it appears they are some sort of B2B marketing company and they must be calling all the numbers to find a good contact.
Continental Resources, claiming to be able to drive down server costs. The woman was very pleasant, gave me her name (Linda Gamble) and work number voluntarily. Doesn't change the fact this was a cold sales call that will never be forwarded.
