I just got scammed by this company. The rep's name was Steve Dolan. He said the exact same things to me that I am reading from everyone else here. I've just filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and I am now on my way to the BBB website. I can't believe I fell for it. I am saving up every penny I have so that my fiance and I can get married and have a decent ceremony. We will not be able to afford a honeymoon..so this call seemed like a blessing. I guess I just wanted it to be REAL so badly that I let that cloud my judgement. I should have known better. I'm glad I found all of these comments because I know for sure I was scammed. My "package" is supposed to arrive next week...we will see. I just don't think it will happen. The guy even had the nerve to say "God Bless You"...I can't believe how much cruelty there is out there
I have had lots of (727) calls in the last few weeks but tonight was the first time someone was on the other end and spoke to me. Florida travel telling me I won a trip to Disney. BIG SCAM! I have read that when you get a call and there is nobody on the other end of the line you can quickly press your # key repeatedly and it will "confuse" the computer dialer and it will remove your number from the call list. I have not been able to confirm this yet but I will post if its successful.
A man called me twice from this number a week ago and then just now. He hung up, then I did a search of the number It took me here. He called back while I was reading this info. He said I won a trip to Disney World, he was very convincing (NOT!). I told him I've been to DW and I don't want to go again. I told him to stop calling or I'll call the authorities.
The same guy called me from this number saying i won too! TOTAL SCAM and I told him that as well. He's an idiot and I sure hope nobody gets fooled by his lame sales pitch b/c it's a fraud!
He said he got my name and info from the Madison, WI Bridal Show, i wonder who sold our names from that show, i plan on contacting that show.
