My sister just received a call from this number and a guy that he was talking to me. The guy with a Hispanic accent said he was calling from Colonial Penn regarding a form I filled out for information on a Medicare Supplement Plan. When I asked him how he got this number (I told him this was not my number), he said I provided it on a form I had filled out. I told him I had not filled out any forms. He tried to get a little argumentative and said I filled out forms. That's when he asked if I lived at this address. I promptly hung up on him.
