A man by the name he gave...john morraz, claiming to be from the National Health Organization, he was extremely rude on the phone with my fiance` getting snippy asking, Do you understand and interrupting constantly. We hung up due to the overly rude attitude and he called back. I answered and he said you hung up...I replied yes because you was being rude. He mouths off saying...just marry that guy and then call me and see if ill help you!
