Mike Elhen at M&E Fin Service. He took the rents which were deposited by money order for properties Virginia Apts and Ridge Rd SW. The house payment are 4 months behind and taxes are 2 years behind. No insurance on neither places. Our tenants went without water and electric at Ridge Rd. until another company took over. We met the new company when they came to take picture of the property. No balls MIKE denied it. Virginia Apts still sits with no water. He wont return tenants calls. He owes Chris Ward, Joe Pelkington and Izzy P All these people rightfully deserve their deposit back. I think that some people have absolutely no ability to process a thought. Do you not realize that everything you put in writing on any website can be used against you later in court when you are sitting in-front of a judge after you have made an extremely ignorant decision to physically harm someone. I'm sure that everyone in this life has done at least one thing they are not proud of. I sure have a few things. Beyond that......Rae Jean is not the culprit that you seek. mike ehlen is who you should be looking to for your moneys....remember....your checks and money orders were made out to him not to Rae Jean. He is the one that is responsible for not getting money that you are owed to you. He is responsible for you not having power and water. Trust me I am owed money by this indecent, lying, unethical and irresponsible person. Rae Jean and Brian did everything I asked of them while I was living at Virginia apartments #5. Not once did she falter on anything she promised. I also find it reprehensible for someone to have harmed her animals for supposed wrong doings that she had nothing to do with.
