Answered - typical auto-dial no one was there, then a loud painful beep in my ear and a computer generated voice that said good bye! Do not answer these calls.

Probably a sleazy slimy company that wants you to change electric providers. They likely hired a low cost FL telemarketing firm to harass customers of other electric companies to switch providers. I am in the state of CT - we have deregulation here and this happens often.
