I received a call from this number on my work cell phone at 327pm. No one was on the line.

Called on our work phone.  No one on other line.

Doesn't leave messages.  Doesn't stop calling either.

I just called the number back. Outgoing message stated that all operators were currently busy, but you could add yourself to their 'do not call' list by pressing 1. Hopefully that works.
