This is "Florida Energy Conservation Advisors" located in Palm Harbor, Florida. It is a scam company. All they do is call me over and over and over again, day after day after day and won't stop even after I've repeatedly told them to stop calling me. They say they are "helping" people save money on energy costs, but they are SELLING products and services, a clear violation of the telemarking laws and the "Do Not Call" registry.
