I got a call today from my 15-year-old grand kid who said he was in a jail in Mexico. Apparently, he had won a free cruise from Publisher's clearing house and tried to pay for it with money from a free government grant.
Now, the IRS is going to garnish his wages, seize his Hot Wheels and take him to jail once he reaches the states. Before that can happen, he needs a Medicare-approved back brace ordered by the Magistrate Court in Canada.
