Scam for small businesses trying to set up a 1 year contract to do business with the government.  The man I spoke with stated his name was Rick Zeller.  Gave me his toll free phone number to call back at 1-855-682-4153 ext 1487

Be aware who you are letting calls go through to if you are the one answering phone calls in an office.
