Don't answer. I made the mistake and did and told them very nicely , the call was being recorded and to please remove me from their list. A man called back and started calling me every name in the book.... very explicit.
Got a call from 317-418-0260 on 11/18, caller said something about lowering my credit card interest rate, was distracted at work and just told them call me later, thinking they probably wouldn't if it was a scam. Same guy calls me again today from this 727-758-4123 number. Same line as yesterday. I was in the middle of telling him I wasn't going to answer his questions, "Which card carries the highest balance? How much is that balance?" when my phone died. Should have just hung up on him the first time. Lesson learned.

Received call and his offer was to lower my interest rate on my card. I said ok and then he asked me to give him my credit card number. I said no thank you and hung up. He called back I said I am not interested and hung up. He called back and said I had to listen to him because he was a representative from my credit card company... So I asked which one? Which bank? Then he said I represent many. I said no thanks and hung up. He called back and I blocked the number.
