Called again today but left no message - but this time it bought him a ticket to a permanent BLOCK on his number.

constantly calling my mobile line while in meetings, dirt balls won't leave message & when answered, no one there.

I am on the national do not call registry, and these guys just called me again after I asked them to stop.  I filed a complaint with FTC :)

My caller ID said the number is a cell phone.  Guy says he's from Southeastern Windows (no where to be found on the internet) and when I started to say I wasn't interested, he hung up before I could get the words out of my mouth.  If he does represent a real company, he is doing them a total disservice.
