The only way to discourage bottom feeders like this one is to waste their resources! When I get the return call I will allow the caller to lead me down the garden path using as much time as it takes. I'll force them to use all the hesitant prompts if their sales script, I'll request hard copies of brochures, flyers, contracts, all sent by FedEx, Priority Mail, etc., and get them to send me as much information as possible.
