Who called from 7310004356

Calls everyday and when you press to be removed from their list the call disconnects.

Called twice and did not answer.
When you call attempt to call back you get the message that the call cannot be completed as dialed.

Just received two calls from this number this morning.  Even just with the two reports left by other people, that's enough for me to block 'em now with my trusty Panasonic (blocks up to 250 numbers).

Caution, 731-000-4356 is a "spoofed" number, which means that whoever called you "tricked" your caller ID to display an incorrect phone number. Telemarketers do this so you cannot complain, but they failed... you can still file a complaint here to fight back against unethical telemarketers.
