Who called from 7310276653

Rude caller with a gruff voice.  Couldnt tell if it was a man or woman. Asked for my husband by first name only, said he wasnt here, could I take a message?  Then the caller hung up!  Tried to call it back and get the message, "this number can not be connected as dialed, please try this number again."

same thing happened just now ... wouldn't reply when I asked who was calling. Hmmmm

Received a call of 1-731-027-6653.  No Name Caller appeared on ID.  We are listed on the federal no call  list.

Asked to speak to James and when I asked whose calling, he hung up.
