Who called from 7312008989

I got a call from this number just a few minutes ago. Didn't pick up and it didn't leave a message on my voice mail. I'm in BC, Canada as well.

I got 4 of them; 2 to my cell and 2 to my home.  No messages left.

Im in canada and i didnt answer .. i tried to call it back , wouldnt go through

same call. i'm from canada :P

Im in BC Canada.  They phoned my cell thismorning.  I didn't answer.  A couple hours later, they called my motyher's emergency cell.  One she got for times she's in an area not covered by her regular carrier.
