Who called from 7312549984

this is a phone set up for indiviuals who are lock up in hardeman county tn cca prison

How do you block this number?  We keep getting phone calls and they hang up when we answer.  We have caller block but it will not allow us to block this number.  

Any suggestion?

I called Internal Affairs at the correctional institution 1-731-254-6000 Ext. 26921 and they said you could press #3 or #4 or something like that if you receive a call from the number again or you can have them block the number directly.  I choose to have them block the number directly because I did not want to wait.

I am having the same problem. Call after call, sometimes one after another in quick succession. I have also called the Internal Affairs office and the warden's office and left messages, but received no response.
At first these calls alarmed me. Now they are just making me angry. The lack of response from the facility itself is only compounding my angst.

Just an update. I called and called the office at the facility and even though I received no response the calls have stopped! Yay!
