They keep calling over and over. . the message just says please return our call but no one is on the line when i answer. . is it a collection agency? usually they'll atleast talk when you answer but these guys won't .
Missed a call from this number. Googled the number and found this 800Notes listing. Called the number - receptionist answered "IPA" but could not tell me who called. "We have over 1,800 employees, any one on which could have called - for business or personal reasons."
