Caller claims I still owe money on an account I closed 8-1/2 years ago. I asked why, if I still owed money, did they wait 8-1/2 years to call. She said they couldn't find me. I told her that was a lie because I have not changed my address or phone number. She also claimed that there was a payment made on the account in 2003, 3 years after the account was closed. I told her she was incorrect, but she insisted that I owe money and wanted payment over the phone right then. I told her she wasn't getting a dime.

called my work phone number and left the message "this is a personsal call for..." and left a name and return number + extension. they've been calling me for months on my cell and work phones. super annoying. i don't answer or call back though.
RECEIVE PHONE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AT LEAST 3-5 TIMES A WEEK-ONE TIME I PICKED IT UP AND THE WOMEN ON THE OTHER END SAID I OWED MONEY FROM BACK 15 YEARS AGO-TOLD HER SHE WAS NUTS AND I DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING AND HUNG UP.
