There is never anyone there but they call at odd times and usually twice a day.  I answer on the 3rd or forth ring and I could hear people tallking but no one picked up.  I called them back after about 15 calls to me to see who they were but the number cannot be dailed, it doesn't say not in service.  It says "we're sorry your call did not go through please try you call again"  It does this from two different cell phones (different carriers AT&T and Verizon) and from a landline.  I have some money troubles right now but I am trying to work with my creditors, but this is something else.
