Who called from 7314749645

I received 2 calls from this number claiming to be a lawoffice and other a collection company.  They had very broken english and demanded either I or my attorney call them ASAP. Said if I didn't call back all they could do was "wish me luck as the situation unfolds on me".

Claiming to be law office, indian/pakistani accent..indicating I call to avoid prosecution, and that I or my attorney should return call
