I received a call from this company as well today on my cell phone and work phone. They stated they were calling on behalf of my bank and check systems. The number they called from was 801-256-6629 X 5501, said I needed to contact a Cindy Davidson, the investigator that is looking for me. They new my social and drivers license # and had both my last name now and a previous married name. Funny thing is, they stated they were calling on behalf of my bank, which I have banked with for several years and have always been in good standing and that my bank was pressing fraud charges against me..for what? Being a good customer??? Some people need to get a life! Obviously this is FRAUD! I hope they call me back!
Company, SJ White Investigations, LLC., says I owe money on checks from two years ago. Seemed a bit suspicious. Wanted to set up arrangements to pay $4,000 for a number of checks. Said I had to go to my bank to search through the years back to see who those checks belonged to. Had all my info down to my DL# and SS#. This is their website: http://sjwhiteinvestigations.com/
Told my husband he was going to be arrested by 3pm this afternoon and that they themselves had mailed papers to our resident in regards to this, To which, no avail have we received such. Got to love the lazy people who make a living defrauding others into paying what is not a legit bill. Suppose to be a lawfirm they are. Says his personal info came from Telecheck, I called Telecheck and they do not use them for a collections services but instead use someone else. Also, this number is in Jackson, TN. On their website it says they are located in Georgia.
I received an automated call from S.J. White,stating they were pursuing fraud and felony charges against me,have my drivers lincense revoked ect. I contacted a friend that's a police officer,they are committing a crime by threats,defamation of charater ect. I therefore am looking forwards to call me back. I dare them. I've been a tax paying citizen since the age of 14,that's been 30 years ago.i as anyone do not like to be threathen,nor will I talarte it.
Just received automated message from S.J. White stating same threat as above (felony charges of fraud, warrant to be issued to my SS#??, DL would be revoked. Husband heard the message and immediately knew it was a scam!!
I received a very broken up recorded threatening call saying that warrant was/is going to be served to revoke my license through my social security number. I have tried to call these "bold" people who never answers! Who are these pwople?
