I RECEIVED THE CALL, THIS GUY IS A REPO GUY, HE ACTS LIKE A POLICE AGENT, BUT HE IS A REPO GUY, I DONT EVEN THINK HE'S LICENCED TO BE A REPO GUY... AND DONT EVEN HAVE A BUSINESS NAME, I HAVE CALLED MY LOCAL LAW ENFORMENT TO COMUNICATE WITH THE GUY AND TELL HIM TO STOP HARRASING, PLACE A DO NOT CALL IF HE CALLS YOU IN A UNPOLITE MATTER, IF YOUR CAR IS UP FOR REPO, JUST GIVE IT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP YOU BOUGHT IT FROM, DO NOT GIVE IT TO THIS SCUM BAGS, I KNOW REPO AGENTS AND KNOW HOW TO POLTELY ASK FOR A CAR, AND HAVE BEEN VERY SUCCESFULL IN THEIR BUSINESS
This Guy called me saying that he was "Mr Mac" with Recovery Services, since the only thing I have a loan on was my care, which is not behind, I called the dealer and they informed me that they did not know who he was or how he got his info. This person is so RUDE and MEAN, He threatened Felony warrants ans everything else. Somebody needs to find out what the real deal on him is.
This mr mack has called my husband repeatedly being rude and threatening felony warrants and for what who knows. He has also.called my brother in law and given him information that he will see us in court. Yesterday he left a card in my mailbox with a note saying he would see us in court.
Mr macks name is james mcgrogan. I contacted the mcnairy county sheriffs department to see what i could find out since this guy would not say what he was calling about. He claims to be an investigator with recovery services and is threatening felony warrants. The sheriff gave me his real name and said he works for classic cars in selmer. They have numerous complaints on file for this arrogant idiot. After several harassing phone calls to my husband and to my brother in law he tampered with my mail which is a felony ogfense. He left a little message threatening to see us in court in my mail box. Didnt hear from jim anymore. We have a truck that we were financing here in corinth ms. Upon going to court for an order of replevin i met mr mack. I had no ides that they haf hired him. He was just as rude in person. I asked for a few days before he picked up and after his rude remarks he agreed. He told me that if the truck wad not on the car lot by 8 am saturday he was coming to my house to get it. He called at 1 pm and stated that he was going to inform the judge of my contempt of court. He is a walking joke. He has made no attempt to pick up the vehicle and it is right where i told him it would be.
