Calls at 0800 Saturday morning. Claims he's the sales manager for Septic Savior septic tank treatments. Says that the product we purchased last year (and I returned after doing some research) is now ineffective against tar because of the new chemicals in soap, etc etc etc etc. Funny I got a call from their "Plant Production Manager" last month (from an Illinois cellphone I think) on the same topic and I told them at that time I wasn't interested and to please remove me from their list. These guys use HARD SELL tactics and are like pit bulls, they do not give up. Going to add this number to my Ooma blacklist as soon as I finish posting :)
FWIW, after doing some research, just about every health department, etc recommends AGAINST putting any additives in your septic tank.
