Typical robo-dial/SCAMMER call pattern - land line rings, caller ID shows "Name Unavailable" (can't believe anyone would even think of answering a call with that ID), do not recognize, do not answer, rolls over to answering machine, no message left = SCAMMER = BLOCKED ! ! !
Robo-call, no message left. You can tell this number is fake because real North American phone numbers do not have a leading 0 or 1 in the exchange portion (159). That's because local numbers didn't used to have area codes, and 0 and 1 would be confused with the start of an international or long distance call.
Caller ID said New Jersey. After a minute of silence, caller came on, and in a very strange voice said "how are you today." The tone screamed spam, and I immediately hung up.
