These people are hateful. When you tell them the person they are looking for does not live here. That it's the ex-wife of your spouse. They still call everyday. The truth gets you nowhere!

Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
