So you'd direct the police to ignore murders, rapes and other serious crimes so they could deal with telescammers? Wow. The DNC registry is enforced - but it takes time to find the scammers who don't care anything about obeying the law anyway!
Called cell phone and landline again. Left recorded message with female voice. It is a telemarketing call and I am on the Do Not Call list. Besides, I don't know if the number is spoofed or not. If I am interested in a product or service, I will research who I choose to deal with and call them. These "cold callers" or telemarketers will not get a response from me.
