Who called from 7322034413

Pro-life robocall. I kept answering all the questions in Mandarin to see how far it would go, but it eventually self-disconnected the call.

"Incoming Baby"?!?

I received this same phone call a number of times starting a week or two ago. A couple of times I heard a females voice saying "Hello, Hello?"...Are you there?...Once there was a female voice which sounded like a young girl's voice..same thing "Hello...Hello"...No intro, no names, no other form of ID...just hung up...

no message just hung up

I have been receiving calls from this number 2-3 times a day for the past couple of weeks.  What ever happened to the Do Not Call List?
