Who called from 7322048949

called my cell, no msg

I called the number back from a landline not my cell.  They answered saying  hey how are you doing. Did not know who it was. I  just hung up.

I have no idea who this is and have blocked them from my call list. I do not pay AT&T their exorbitant fees so I can receive telemarketing or spam calls

this number called my cell phone four times in two min
