Please warn any eldely people you know not to pick up the phone. This crook has a foreign accent - here is the meesage left on my home phone today.
"This will be an (intentional?) 2nd attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal offense. My number is 732-226-7545. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Thank you."
HANG UP...I like to call them back and screw with them a little.
This number has called twice this morning and left voice mail with the same message as others have posted here. They have been put on our blocked number list. He sounds very serious and to a degree threatening.
I called back the number after he left me several messages and he asked for my name. I replied you will have my name after I [***] your mother and [***] on the grave of your father. I guess he did not like my answer and hanged up
