Caller ID indicates Toms River. Called several times in a row. When I picked up the person claimed to have information that someone in the household was hard of hearing. When I asked where he obtained the information, would not respond. Kept asking me questions in an apparent attempt to get a "yes" answer but I responded with questions. The caller quickly hung up.
