Who called from 7322304139

Most landlines that are not VOIP cannot receive texts (or send them).

Received call from that number.  Message says to press 1 to hear recording on how can you put $10k to $15k in your pocket every 15 days or press 3 to opt out and you will not hear from him again.  Did not answer call.

Annoying REPEATED calls.  I do NOT answer. They leave no message.

Recording stating that a prerecorded message would tell me how to put $10,000 in my pocket in a week and every week, at which point I hung up.
