Who called from 7323382458

Called my cell, rang twice and when I answered all I heard was beeping.

Called, I answered... dead air. This can't be legit.

Called, wrang 2X then hung up. I get calls like this over and over again on a daily basis along with being on the Donot call list

Missed call, didn't answer, no message

Phone rang 4 times. No name came up so I didn't answer. Left no message. I've been getting a lot of calls like this from 732 area code (same code as my phone). All my contacts are named in my phone, so I don't answer unknown ones. If they want me, they'll leave a message. Some scammer.
