I scheduled a pick up package while I was waiting for them to come and pick up the item someone called from this number and said this fedex calling please leAve the package outside and I'll pick it up. And I left it outside and they didn't scan the item and stole it my sons $300 beats headphones were gone.
Received a call and heard the voicemail, stating it was "Alex from FedEx" calling about tracking #__. I called Fed Ex but they didn't have this tracking # at all and I was not expecting any packages, nor did Fed Ex have any packages in their system coming to my place.
Called to say that it was Fedex and they had a package for me, but needed to know what the name of the company was. I told them it was a residence. The Fedex truck was across the street, but instead of coming to my house, they drove away - very odd.
