Who called from 7323743401

i also keep getting calls, so I block the #732 and whatever number they decide to use, doesn't get through to me.  I made the mistake and clicked on their site and now the calls come non stop.  But the joke is on them, because the call block app that I have hangs up on them.

What kind of scam is it?

Many calls - no message, This is who it is https://www.choicehomewarranty.com/contact_us.php everyone send them an email. Flood their mail system with spam.

Calling both my cell and landline within minutes.  I did not answer, and the caller did not leave a message on either phone.
