I received a call from this number and only heard what I would describe as a blip. I have no idea why I keep getting calls like this from different numbers around the states.
Didn't answer. But lately I've been receiving phone calls from different phone numbers about my car warrant supposedly about to expire. News for them, it expired 10 years ago. I've been ignoring these guys for years. Every time they call, I block the number. Unfortunately, they just change numbers.
