Who called from 7323946423

I have had calls from this number but I never answer and they don't leave a message.  I get so many of these various calls that I never answer my phone. I have had so much experience with scammers that I quit doing personal business on the phone or computer. I have had my phone and computer hacked and credit card # stolen by ordering on the computer.  I have quit and they don't get any information from me.  It's a waste of their time.

Received call @ 9:55 AM (EDT). C.I. showed: "UNKNOWN NAME". I did not answer and have no voice mail.

Had one of our children's full names !! Very broken English and nasty when ask how they obtained my number and name

The caller insisted that there was a Sharon at my residence. Was very rude and then hung up on me.
