Lord, I am handicap and it is horrible to be awaken in the morning and have someone from choice warranty call and try to sell on home warranty services. omg. He wasn't able to get a good communication from me, he just hung up. No "i will call later", just to call later. Another call about 2 hours later another call i asked why he hung up on me, he said it wasn't him. I then told him that i signed up with someone else, that i wasn't interested. i was firm in telling him that, just to receive several calls after that which i didn't answer. the same thing happened the next day but i didn't answer. finally answer again and i asked him "i dont know why you keep calling i told you i wasn't interested. His reply was "I don't know why you are interested" continuing to ask me if I wanted to save money which I had already told him that im not switching over that to call me in a year or so. this was the first time he called. That day several calls came in and claimed that the person was not the same person. Again I told hm I was not interested and to stop calling. I told him I don't know why you keep calling I am not interested. he replied that he did not know why I was I wasn't interested. after telling him that someone called sever times that day. then early in the morning when I was asleep someone called again. they don't leave a message. they didn't stop calling. Finally I, again, told him do not call again. he says he is not the same person. I told him to tell everyone to not call. after that I got at least 5 calls a day and when I didn't answer, I got more calls then you would get from a debt collector owing 10k or something. This morning, so far, i received another call in the morning, which I answered. it was a woman this time. I hung up on her. I do not want to change my number. i have had it forever and im not going to let anyone make me change it. I am being harassed, stalked, etc. if I were to select a company it would not be from Choice Home Warranty for the fact that if the sales team has to be that aggressive in increasing their customer base, then the service must not be good needing to resort to harassment, or there is too much pressure to meet their quotas causing a frinzy. Really. I don't care how much cheaper the price is, I am confident that the service will be just as cheap. thank you
message to sum above: called at least 5 times a day and more if I didn't answer to tell them not to call and im not interested. and other people would try calling to no avail. pressure to bring in business must be from upper management risking their job, or they have bad service noy being able to hang onto their customers. this is the worse company I have ever dwelt with in respect to dealing with telemarketers. simply horrible. called day after day all day long many times a day. today finally a little relief but yea they never left a message at all. not even the first call.
