I get repeated calls from this number, no message left.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

We're on this site to find out who's calling. We don't know if it's a telemarketer or a scammer, so we're not blocking it until we find out. There are no reports that it's a telemarketer or a scammer -- yet -- and there are only reports here from 2 people that they're getting calls from that number. That's not sufficient to block it.

My "Hiya" robocall/telemarker/scammer app hasn't blocked it. However, I'll add my report now that I've been getting calls from that number and no voicemail messages. Hiya is free on Google and Apple app stores.

So you have made the determination for everyone that this number shouldn't be blocked? Are you someone special that you can make that determination and issue that edict? Actually your post looks more like an ad for that call blocker, which is a violation of the rules of this site.
