may i ask who is calling??? their reply is a hurried "yeah this is mark...." as if i should know who they are or maybe be impressed at how "busy" they sound...
Guy gives me the usual hard time about answering my questions... when asked what it is regarding he gives me the generic reply of "its a personal matter" and when pressed.. tells me to "just tell him i am from the wealth management department..."

Same pushy Douche as before- who uses same "i am important" tactic to try and get by me on the phone- i ask who it is and he tells me "anthony- thanks" when asked what the call is regarding he tells me "personal business- an then immediately asks "is he around??"

"Anthony" from "Agis" same Douche as before- tries to get by me with his "hey is john there? tells me his company name only when i ask and when i ask what the call is regarding he tells me "personal business" so my reply is the same as it has been the last 20 times he has called "sorry he doesn't take calls where i cant tell him what it is regarding and "personal business" is not a good enough answer for him... guy claims he does "portfolio management and wants to introduce himself to john" Was on hold for 2+ minutes when he hung up
