Called to speak to someone who no longer works here under the impression that he was in the IT Department. The woman on the phone first sounded disappointed when I let her know one he doesn't work here, two was never in IT. Then when I informed her there never had been an IT department, we've always outsourced, she let out a long sigh and said thank you then hung up. She never provided the company name.
First they asked for an employee no longer here then wanted to talk to anyone in out IT dept. Sounds like a sale call to me. I also never got the company name.
