The DNCL is used by honest / registered telemarketers to avoid calling folks who do not want to be called. Charities, political calls, and NON sales calls are exempt. Criminals ignore the DNCL.
Obtain a call blocking device or app, and protect yourself from repeated spam / scam phone calls. Call blockers work, when used correctly. Use your favorite search engine to find one.
There are apps (some free) for smartphones, devices for landlines, and even phones with call blocking capability. Owners of "feature phones" can set up a "group", with a silent ringtone, and assign spammer phone numbers to that group.You are an idiot, since you think the Do Not Call list is supposed to be a magic switch, that blocks all calls you do not want. The truth is, the DNCL works, but your brain does not.
Stop blaming others for YOUR mental deficiencies! How about buying a clue, and getting a real call blocker. Can't you spell "call blocker", or don't you know how to search for one?
