Said they cleaned my chimney last year and wanted to schedule this year's inspection, at a special price.  I scheduled, they came, gave me an estimate for almost $4,000 worth of work that should be done immediately.  Becoming suspicious, I checked my bill from last time (September, 2015) and realized something wasn't right.  They were not the same company.  I have scheduled my original company to come take a look to verify that work is required.  Broke my own cardinal rule of not doing business with anyone whose phone number doesn't identify them!!!
