They keep calling at after 9pm, but I never answer (thank you caller ID). According to AARP don't answer these calls, because the callers are trying to find out if someone answers, so they can add you to their sucker list. You will only get more calls. If you want to give a donation for cancer research, a legitimate company is STAND UP 2 CANCER, or the American Cancer Society. Don't be scammed by these other fake organizations.
The lady sighed in relief when I answered the phone and told me " I was harder to reach than a bag of cookies on the top shelf". Not like I recall ever seeing her number before. She asked for my husband but would speak to me also. She went into long chat about cancer and how we should be screened. I said " no thanks" and hung up.
