Got a voice mail from this number. When I listened to the message, it was someone saying "la la la la" and then hung up. I called back the number and a woman named Rachel answered the phone. When I tried to tell her about this prank, she could not hear me on her end. Don't know how they arranged this prank, but that is all I got from this number.
