Same thing with me. I am selling a wedding dress on Craigslist & she said she is a "set designer" & she will be mailing me payment so I can get it cashed & also have money for the carrier. Wanted my name so she would know who to make the check out to. This is one of three ppl who have tried to scam me with this area code & also a Utah area code. Don't fall for it & report them!!!
Mine was a wedding dress. Ok? A stroller and a wedding dress? Is she doing a play with a woman getting married and her baby (the flower girl) is in the stroller throwing flowers!! LMBO!!! I'm so sick of these scammers on craigslist. I have gotten nothing but scammers so far! The other number that is a scammer I got today is 209 560 6448 He claims to have just moved to Utah. I am searching all these long distance numbers who have texted this week. Good luck.
